Ryan’s been in your position. As a Java Developer, he’s worked for product start-ups all the way from Dublin to Melbourne. Now, he’s celebrating his 19th year in IT recruitment across the Northern Ireland market and beyond.

Clocking in over 18 years in technology recruitment, Phil’s the man who has delivered some of the most challenging IT recruitment campaigns for software companies across the globe.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience in IT Infrastructure, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Cyber, Cloud, Support, and Networking solutions. He’s not just leading the IT Infrastructure desk. He’s set to make impactful contributions across various tech disciplines at Ocho.

Although he has worked in recruitment for a long time, Colin’s particular interest is Tech. He decided to specialise about five years ago and has been thriving ever since. Having only very recently joined Ocho, Colin is already thriving in his new role. He can often be found learning from his colleagues in the office and imparting some of his own wisdom. Working in a competitive start-up was quite a big change for him, but he’s managed to hit the ground running. “My old employer had rigid systems already in place but I like that I’m a part of shaping Ocho.”

Before Ocho, Brendan studied Business Computer Science at University and soon landed a job in IT Security. From there, he found himself working in recruitment where he gained about 18 months of experience before joining us. He loves the team environment that Ocho offers and is an eager participant in the collaborative culture. Developing his career is a big priority for Brendan and he sees Ocho as the perfect place to grow. “I love learning from my colleagues.”

Kamila has a Masters in Marketing degree from Ulster University in Belfast and is currently studying Software Development at Queen’s University, Belfast. She gained knowledge from her previous work experience in areas of sales and customer service in diverse industries.

Neill brings seven years of extensive experience in tech recruitment, with a strong background in recruiting for Software Development and QA roles. Neill joins us to support our ongoing recruitment campaigns in Portugal and Spain as well as our seeded Recruitment campaigns.

Mark began in HR Administration after University, followed by launching ventures in Recruitment, Career Coaching, and Events.

Nicola has a Masters in Marketing degree from Ulster University in Belfast. Before this Nicola was focused on all things Equine and running her own business
