My client is a leading provider of professional outsourcing services to financial organizations, including UK-based lenders and international asset management companies. My client specialise in helping clients manage their y portfolios, ensuring financial health and stability for millions worldwide.

 

With a growing team of 42 employees, my client are looking for a Graduate / Entry Level Data Analyst to join their dynamic Data Integration, Reporting & Analysis team.

 

The Role: 

 

As a Data Analyst (SQL Developer) with a focus on Data Visualisation & Reporting, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering crucial data insights to both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining dashboards, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring data accuracy. You’ll play a key role in building forecasting models and providing clear, actionable reports to help senior management and clients make informed decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Design, build, and maintain reports using SSRS, Tableau, or PowerBI.

- Write SQL code to retrieve data from complex databases.

- Monitor KPIs and highlight trends to senior management.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies or outliers in datasets.

- Automate and improve existing reporting processes.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various data projects.

 

You should have: 

 

- Strong knowledge of SQL programming for databases.

- Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI for data visualisation.

- Solid understanding of T-SQL and database design concepts.

- Experience building professional dashboards, graphs, and tables.

- Creative problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills.

- A degree (or higher) in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering.

 

Bonus Skills:

 

- Experience with R, Python

- Previous experience in financial services or working with MS SQL Server Integration Services.

- Experience in automating communication and data processes.
