Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, email, and social outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on marketing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeted campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Schedule and organize client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Track and report on sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies through training and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in tech.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and its business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
