Technical Trainer

My client is a leading provider of training services to FinTech organisations globally. The Professional Services team plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the benefits of our solutions. This organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Services Trainer to join the team and contribute to an already progressive and forward thinking organisation.

Job Summary: As a Professional Services Trainer,  you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to clients and internal teams. Your primary goal will be to enhance the knowledge and skills of clients and employees to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of products and services. You will work closely with our Professional Services team to ensure training aligns with client needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources, including e-learning modules, documentation, and videos.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for clients and internal teams, both in-person and virtually.
  • Customize training sessions to meet specific client requirements and address unique challenges.
  • Evaluate and adjust training methods and materials based on participant feedback and effectiveness.

Client Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Provide post-training support to clients to ensure they successfully implement and utilize our solutions.
  • Gather client feedback and incorporate it into ongoing training improvements.

Internal Training:

  • Train and onboard new employees within the Professional Services department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide training on product updates and new features.
  • Help create a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain training records and documentation, including training materials, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Technology) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a professional services or technology-related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client training (if applicable).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Trainer) a plus.
