About the Role
Our client are well known in the payments transactions market, and are keen to add a Data Analyst to their growing team.
You will play a key role in preparing, analysing, and presenting data to drive insights that support critical business decisions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within designated countries, making it ideal for a self-motivated and results-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and other data platforms.
Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Utilise Looker and LookML to design and build scalable analytics solutions (strong advantage).
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytics and reporting activities.
Key Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL: Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar technologies.
Data Visualisation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create impactful visualisations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Looker and LookML: Strong experience with Looker and LookML is highly advantageous.
Analytics Experience: Solid background in data preparation, data analytics, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience working with cloud data warehouses and modern data architectures.
Familiarity with advanced analytics methods, such as predictive modelling or machine learning, is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
