- Possess 7+ years of relevant development experience, specialising in building production-grade solutions.
- Delivery-focused, with a strong background in event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing.
- Practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines for production services.
- Familiarity with public cloud service platforms.
- Experience collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Skilled in building observability and monitoring into applications.
