Senior End User Engineer needed to join a leading managed IT and cybersecurity services provider.
Overview:
As a Senior End User Engineer, you will improve the security and performance of clients’ devices and applications through standardised configurations and automated deployments. You will also support the team in diagnosing and resolving complex user issues.
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices and applications.
- Patch OS and applications, and perform remediation.
- Package applications.
- Develop M365 policies and standards.
- Provide technical support for email, O365, MFA, Intune, endpoint protection, and OS performance.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Create SOPs and knowledge articles.
Ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience with end-user technologies like M365, Intune, and VDI.
- Experience with patching solutions and data protection tools.
- Strong background in both engineering and technical support roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional managed services.
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, or data protection).
