Ocho are seeking a proactive IT Systems Support Analyst with at least 2+ years of IT experience and a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert support for IT systems, resolving incidents and service requests to keep our team running smoothly.
- Maintain and improve key systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, SQL Server, and ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with third-party providers and escalate issues when needed.
- Monitor critical services to ensure uptime and efficiency while continuously looking for ways to improve.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and guides for seamless system adoption.
Experience:
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
- A solid foundation in IT systems, backed by a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Confident troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
