Principal DevOps Engineer (Remote UK wide)

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and support scalable, multi-region Kubernetes deployments.
• Champion infrastructure-as-code best practices for standardisation and automation.
• Optimise system resiliency, reduce downtime, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop monitoring tools, performance dashboards, and automation processes.
• Collaborate across teams to meet security and compliance standards.
Experience:
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and Kubernetes in production.
• Strong skills with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Go).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, system design, and performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of high-security environments and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53).
