Key Responsibilities:
· Security Operations: Serve as a 24x7 SOC escalation point, ensuring robust security monitoring and agent coverage.
· M365 Security: Oversee security configurations, tenant audits, and implement best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
· Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability scans, report findings, and drive remediation efforts.
· Customer Engagement: Conduct security health checks, onboard new customers, and provide tailored security recommendations.
· Security Frameworks: Work with the team to implement CIS standards and contribute to ISO 27001 certification efforts.
· Incident Response: Manage and advise on security incidents, staying ahead of emerging threats.
· Security Projects & Portfolio: Deploy security solutions like email filtering, conduct end-user training, and enhance the security toolset based on industry trends.
